Product Properties

• Reduced water penetration depth, water-impermeable screeds and renders can be produced
• Plasticizing effect: Screeds, renders, masonry, and joint mortars are more flexible and easier to process
• Improves frost resistance, reduces cracking caused by frost in screeds, renders, and masonry mortars
• Enhances resistance to aggressive concrete waters; see also DIN 4030
• Reduces efflorescence; unsightly stains are minimized or even prevented
• Chloride-free; contains no corrosion-promoting ingredients according to test report by the Research and Material Testing Institute Baden-Württemberg

Application Area

• Suitable for interior and exterior use
• Sealant for cement and lime-cement renders
• For producing cement mortars and cement screeds with reduced water absorption and penetration depth, combined with a plasticizing effect
• Also suitable for heating screeds

Processing of PCI Sealant Liquid

When using in machines, add PCI Sealant Liquid directly to the finished mortar mixture in the correct mixing ratio.

Mixing ratio: approximately 0.5 to 1.0 parts by weight of cement (125 to 250 ml PCI Sealant Liquid per 25 kg of cement)

PCI Sealant Liquid can also be pre-mixed with the binder. Add part of the binder, cement, and sand, then top up with the remaining binder.

Mixing ratio as a binder solution: 1 part PCI Sealant Liquid to 60 parts water
