Application Area

webertec 934 is used as a sealing plaster and as a sealing coat for the flexible sulfate-resistant interior waterproofing system webertec Superflex D2 in cases of ground moisture and rising damp water. It is also used as a sealing coat for waterproofing with polymer-modified bituminous thick coatings, re-adhesion sealing, as well as flexible and rigid sealing joints. Furthermore, it serves as an leveling mortar and base coat.

Storage

Processing

Substrate Preparation

Ensure the substrate is firm, load-bearing, rough, free of adhesion-reducing components, and the joint network is at least 20 mm deep. Recommended substrate treatments include sandblasting and thorough drying until the surface is matt and moist. Apply a spray coat with webersan 950 or webersan 951 S, covering the surface. Alternatively, webertec 933 can be applied as a full-surface adhesion bridge, which must be applied horizontally.

Mixing Procedure

The container content is mixed with the specified amount of water to a lump-free mortar, depending on the desired consistency. Mixing is performed in a forced mixer. For smaller quantities, use a stirrer with 600 to 800 rpm and webersys stir paddle No. 3. The product is also suitable for processing with mixing pumps.

Application

Apply, trowel, and, if necessary, re-trowel according to the rules of plastering technology.

As a sealing plaster under WTAS renovation plasters

Minimum layer thickness 20 mm over the highest point. After application, smooth the surface with webersys finishing trowel and notched trowel No. 2 while still fresh. The subsequent renovation plaster should be applied at least 10 mm thick after curing. Alternatively, webercal 286 lime texture filler can be applied in approximately 2 mm layers on the troweled sealing plaster surface.

As a sealing and leveling coat for subsequent flexible sealing joints

Apply at least 10 mm over the highest point and smooth. Apply the flexible sealing joint webertec Superflex D 2 in at least 2 layers after at least 48 hours and at most 7 days.

As a sealing coat for waterproofing with polymer-modified bituminous thick coatings and re-adhesion sealing

Apply at least 10 mm over the highest point and smooth. Sealings should be applied after 24 to 48 hours in 2 layers.

As a base coat

Minimum average layer thickness 15 mm, preferably 2-layered, then smooth.
