Application Area

• Repair of surface rough concrete components in non-statically and dynamically stressed areas
• Reconditioning of cavities, cracks, pores, defects, and spalling areas
• Troweling of concrete surfaces
• Mineral corrosion protection for reinforcement steel in combination with SProtect M

Properties

• Certified according to DIN EN 15043
• Can be felted and troweled
• Good over-head processing

Surface Preparation

Requirements for the substrate

• Load-bearing, clean, and dust-free

Preparations

• Expose steel parts and remove rust down to cleanliness grade SA 2
• If necessary, pre-wet the substrate to a matte damp state

Processing Conditions

• Material, ambient, and substrate temperature between 5 °C and 30 °C
• Corrosion protection in combination with SProtect M
• Full coverage in two layers, minimum layer thickness each 1 mm
• Waiting time between layers approx. 30 minutes
• Subsequent work in fresh-in-fresh condition

Concrete Replacement

• If necessary, produce scratch troweling with the product
• Apply the product lightly diluted as contact mortar at hard-to-access areas
• Apply a single layer with a smooth surface and smooth out
• Finish surfaces after 15 to 30 minutes by felting, rubbing, or texturing

Dry, unopened containers: 12 months
