Mineral lime cement render for producing a resistant base coat or a primer coat.

Substrate
Weakly absorbent substrate, smooth non-absorbent substrate.

Application Area
weberdur 110 is applied indoors and outdoors on masonry according to DIN 1053. As a mineral base coat, all mineral and organic surface plasters and all Weber paints as well as tiles can be applied on weberdur 110.

General Notes

• Mortar must not contain any additives.
• During processing and drying, the temperature of the air, materials, and substrate must not fall below 5°C.
• Fresh plaster surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight, strong wind, or moisture.
• Application and execution according to DIN 18 350 VOB and DIN 18 550.
• Consumption figures refer to the minimum layer thickness and may vary depending on substrate and processing. Exact consumption values should be determined through trial patches on the object.
• Adjacent components must be separated from the plaster system.
• Sinter skin must be removed before applying additional layers.

Special Notes
The mortar is not suitable for thermally insulating masonry.
