webertec Superflex D24 24kg Thick Coating Deitermann Reactive Waterproofing
Attention
Before applying Superflex D24, the substrate must be primed with weberprim 900. weberprim 900 should be diluted with water up to 11 RT. After drying, the surface should be scratch troweled, followed by the coating.
High-flexible, reactive, and fast-curing bitumen-free thick coating based on new binder technology for secure building waterproofing.
Application Area
- For underground waterproofing of basements in old and new buildings
- For retrofitting waterproofing on existing anionic bitumen layers
- For waterproofing building plinths and full-height window or door profiles
- For waterproofing in and under wall structures
- As a subfloor waterproofing layer, as an intermediate waterproofing of wet room cavities, and for balconies not subject to occupancy
- Additionally for bonding polystyrene foam boards
Product Description
webertec Superflex D 24 is a two-component, fast-curing, highly flexible bitumen-free thick coating with general building authority approval. It meets the testing requirements for PMBC according to DIN EN 15814 Table 1 in classes CB2R3W2AC2.
Composition
Cement, selected quartz sands, highly reactive polymers, reactive fillers, and additives.

Mason's trowel, spatula, spray machine
Storage
In a dry, cool, frost-free storage in the original sealed container, the material is storable for at least 12 months
Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be frost-free, firm, clean, sufficiently dry, and free of tar, pitch nests, cracks, ridges, and other contaminants. Water-repellent and adhesion-reducing components must be removed. Edges should be broken, and corners rounded. Joints and depressions > 5 mm should be sealed with webertec 933. Radius 5 cm rounded fillets at the wall-floor junction.
Priming
weberprim 900 should be diluted with water up to 11 RT. After drying, the surface should be scratch troweled, followed by the coating.
Mixing Procedure
Mix ratio A : B component 1 : 1 by weight. Mix the components thoroughly without lumps. Mixing time approx. 2-3 minutes. Use performance-appropriate drill with a weber sys stir paddle No. 3.
Scratch Troweling
To seal pores and voids, as well as open joints up to 5 mm wide, a full-surface scratch coat of webertec Superflex D 24 mixed with weber sys hard quartz 0.1–0.3 mm in a 3:1 ratio (by volume) should be applied in successive layers. The scratch coat must not be damaged by the subsequent waterproofing layer.
Sheet Waterproofing
The application should be done in at least two layers. The second layer should be applied as soon as the first layer is no longer tacky. For non-pressing water (W1E), layers can be applied wet-on-wet. For non-pressing water on earth-covered ceilings (W3E) and pressing water (W21E), the first layer should be reinforced with weber sys 981 into the fresh coating.
Floor Waterproofing
For waterproofing of the floor slab against non-pressing water (W1E), the coating is applied on the floor slab. After drying, a two-layer polyethylene foil is laid as protection and slip layer, and then the floating screed is installed. For waterproofing against pressing water (W21E), the thick coating is applied with incorporation of weber sys 981 on the clean surface.
Old Waterproofing Renovation
When renovating old waterproofing, the tip "Renovation of old bitumen waterproofing" should be observed.
