The air and vapor barrier made of special polyethylene with an Sd value of approximately 100 m provides permanent and reliable protection against energy losses.
The air and vapor barrier is bonded in the overlap area with the DELTAMULTIBAND. On gable walls, eaves, chimneys, etc., the foil is airtightly connected to smooth surfaces using the cartridge adhesive DELTATIXX or the functional coating DELTALIQUIXX. On unplastered walls, the connection is made with the DELTAKOMBAND.
The membrane can be installed parallel or perpendicular to the rafters. Simple fixation with staple or broad-head nails. The fastening points must be covered with overlapping or pressure strips.
