Application Area

Substrate Preparation
Immediately after laying the slabs, scrape and clean the joints evenly to the depth of the slab thickness. Allow the joint mortar to mature. Do not pre-wet joints before grouting.
Processing of PCI Carrafug
Fill a clean working container with water, then add PCI Carrafug and knead with a suitable stirring or mixing tool attached to a drill until a homogeneous, lump-free mortar is achieved. After approximately 3 minutes, knead again. Grout the surfaces with PCI Carrafug using a rubber grout float in the wall and floor areas. In the floor area, also process with a rubber squeegee. Fill the joint mortar completely into the joint and wipe off after sufficient setting with a slightly damp sponge or sponge board. After drying, remove any remaining mortar residue with a damp sponge.
