Mineral high-performance lightweight adhesive mortar for difficult substrates

webertherm 370 is a hydraulically setting, highly versatile adhesive mortar. It is suitable for bonding on very weakly absorbing substrates, such as bituminous waterproofing or dense concrete. Additionally, it is used for bonding ceramic coverings on the wall insulation composite systems webertherm AK 500BK 500.

webertherm 370 is a commercially manufactured mineral dry mortar according to DIN EN 998-1.

Water requirement: approx. 65 l per 30 kg

Storage: When stored in a dry, moisture-protected environment, the material remains storable for up to 6 months.

• The substrate must be load-bearing, sufficiently dry, and level.
• Remove dirt, dust, and loose parts from the substrate.
• Armoring layers must have a minimum curing time of 14 days.

• Pour the contents of a bag into a clean container with water and mix with a drill to a paste-like consistency.
• After a maturation time of approximately 5 minutes, remix thoroughly.
• The mortar is workable for about 2 hours depending on weather conditions.

• The mortar is applied with a notched trowel suitable for ceramic coverings, with a notch size of 8 mm.
• The ceramic coverings are pressed into the mortar bed and lightly tapped in.
• Ensure that the coverings are fully bonded.

• webertherm insulation boards are coated in a frame shape with two or three vertical strips of adhesive mortar.
• The mortar is distributed so that at least 50% of the surface area is bonded to the substrate after pressing.
• webertherm mineral wool lamellas are fully coated with adhesive and pressed immediately onto the substrate.
