H335X Weberdur 132 Lime-Cement Lightweight Render Mineral-based Base Coat Inner and Outer Wall Plaster 30kg/h3p
Mineral lightweight plaster with rounded EPS additive for the preparation of a base coat or interior embedding plaster.
Application Area
Weberdur 132 is applied indoors and outdoors on masonry according to DIN 1053, especially on high thermal insulation masonry. Weberdur 132 can be used on all mineral and organic surface coats from Weber as well as on tiles. For less demanding requirements, Weberdur 132 can also be used as an embedding plaster with a subsequent solvent-free coating indoors.
Product Description
Weberdur 132 is a factory-produced mineral dry mortar according to DIN EN 998-1.
Composition
Cement, white lime hydrate, classified mineral aggregates, rounded polystyrene, hydrophobizing agent, additives for improved processing and adhesion.
Product Properties
- Water-repellent
- Vapor permeable
- Low stress due to a low E-Modulus
- Optimal adaptation to thermal insulation masonry due to low bulk density and low thermal conductivity
Grain Size ca 1 mm
Color Tone natural gray
Application Thickness 10 mm to 20 mm
Water Requirement ca 8 l per 30 kg
Storage
When stored in a dry, moisture-protected environment, the material is storable for up to 1 year.
Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be load-bearing, dry, and free of dust and substances that reduce adhesion. Dense substrates such as concrete require pre-treatment with mineral bonding agents like Weberdur 101 or Webertherm 370 as a scratch coat. Observe the curing times after substrate pre-treatment. For special building materials, refer to the substrate table. For unsuitable substrates, e.g., deviations from DIN 1053 masonry and DIN 18202 tolerances in high-rise construction, concerns must be addressed and remedied. For level and plumb accurate application and removal of plaster profiles, use ProfilAnsetzmörtel Webermix 125.
Application
Machine Application
The mortar can be processed with all common plastering machines; see equipment planner.
Hand Application
Thoroughly mix the contents of a bag with the specified amount of water until a workable consistency is achieved. Apply the mortar in the specified thickness of approximately 10-20 mm.
On highly absorbent or uneven substrates, work in two layers wet-on-wet. The first layer should be about 2/3 of the total plaster thickness. Smooth the freshly applied plaster with a straightedge and remove any nests. Surface of the base coat should be prepared according to the intended subsequent coating. For interior use as an embedding plaster, apply 3-4 mm the next day, and after setting, roughen or scratch the surface.
