Application Areawebertherm 370 is a hydraulically setting, highly versatile adhesive mortar. It is suitable for bonding on very weakly absorbing substrates, such as bituminous waterproofing or dense concrete. webertherm 370 is a factory-produced mineral dry mortar according to DIN EN 998-1.
Color tones: natural gray
Water requirement: approx. 65 l per 30 kg
Storage: When stored in a dry, moisture-protected environment, the material remains storable for up to 6 months. Substrate Preparation
- The substrate must be load-bearing, sufficiently dry, and level.
- Remove dirt, dust, and loose parts from the substrate.
- Armoring layers must have a minimum standing time of 14 days.
- Pour the contents of a bag into a clean container with water and mix with a drill to a paste-like consistency.
- After a reactivity time of approximately 5 minutes, remix thoroughly.
- The mortar can be processed for about 2 hours depending on weather conditions.
- The mortar is applied with a notched trowel suitable for ceramic coverings, within 10 to 20 minutes.
- The back of the coverings is coated with adhesive using the buttering and floating method with an 8 mm notch.
- The ceramic coverings are pressed into the mortar bed and lightly tapped in.
- Ensure full-surface bonding of the coverings.
- Webertherm insulation boards are coated in a frame shape with two or three vertical strips of adhesive mortar.
- The mortar is distributed so that at least 50% of the surface is bonded to the substrate after pressing.
- The mineral wool lamellas are fully coated with adhesive and pressed immediately onto the substrate.
