Application Area

• For interior and exterior use
• For wall and floor joints
• Suitable for narrow joints such as in mosaics, up to wide joints in split clinker tiles
• For earthenware tiles, stoneware tiles, split panels, porcelain mosaics, glass mosaics, glass tiles, brick tiles, and also suitable for fine stoneware tiles
• In living areas, buildings, showers, on balconies, terraces, facades
• In public and commercial areas with high moisture exposure, e.g., shower facilities, saunas, toilet facilities, in sales and presentation areas
• On heated screeds, dry screeds, concrete prefabricates, plasterboard, plasterboards, wood chipboards, wood floors, and in areas with strong temperature fluctuations

Substrate Preparation

The joints should be scraped evenly and deeply into the tile thickness immediately after laying the tiles and cleaned. The adhesive or laying mortar should be allowed to mature.

Processing of PCI Nanofug

Pour the mixing water into a clean container, add PCI Nanofug, and immediately knead with a suitable stir or mixing tool attached to a drill until a plastic, lump-free mortar is achieved.

After a maturation time of approximately 3 minutes, knead again.

Apply the joint filler with PCI Gummifugscheibe into the joints and allow to set. Possibly rework with PCI Nanofug for a complete finish. After sufficient setting, perform a finger test, then clean with a slightly damp, stable sponge or sponge board.

After drying, remove any remaining mortar residue with a slightly damp sponge.
