Product Description
Self-leveling, pumpable, fast-curing cement-based liquid screed for creating smooth, joint-free surfaces for subsequent flooring work of all kinds. Suitable for floor heating systems.

Application Area
For creating smooth, joint-free surfaces for the subsequent installation of floor coverings of all kinds, such as ceramic tiles and slabs, natural stone coverings, textile and elastic coverings, as well as parquet. Suitable for layer thicknesses from 3 mm up to a maximum of 25 mm.
Only for indoor use.
For thin-layer applications: 3 mm, we recommend Sopro FS 5; for layer thicknesses of 2–5 mm, we recommend Sopro FS 15 plus or Sopro Rapidur.
Liquid Screed
Suitable substrates include cement screeds, concrete and raw concrete slabs at least 3 months old, heated floor constructions, cement and calcium sulfate screeds, old natural stone, terrazzo, ceramic and concrete stone coverings, magnesia screeds.

Mixing Ratio
55–60 l water per 25 kg Sopro ObjektFließligspachtel. Precise water dosing is essential.
Application Properties
Flow rate: 265–275 cm Vicat ring according to DIN 1164. Dimensions: inner diameter top 65 mm, bottom 75 mm, height 40 mm on a suitable dry, clean glass plate.
Curing
Ready for covering after approx. 24 hours at 25 mm layer thickness, followed by the installation of ceramic tiles. For natural stone, the maximum permissible moisture content of 18 CM must be confirmed by a CM measurement before flooring work.
Very dense floor coverings such as linoleum, PVC, parquet, etc., can be bonded depending on the thickness of the screed layer:
- 3–5 mm layer thickness after approx. 1 day
- 5–10 mm layer thickness after approx. 3 days
- 10–25 mm layer thickness after approx. 14 days
Processing Temperature
From 5°C to 30°C
