Application
Mixing Process
Mixing ratio, depending on required consistency, 2 to 3 RT weberrep 760 and 1 RT water
The material must be mixed quickly. Adjust the mixing amount to the processing time of 8 minutes. Provide the appropriate amount of water during mixing. At temperatures below 5°C, it is recommended to prepare the product with warm water to prevent rapid hardening.
Sealing of Seepage Points
Mix 3 RT weberrep 760 with 1 RT water to form a plastic to stiff mortar. Excavate the damage site as deep as possible, in a swallowtail shape, and press the mortar in with a trowel. The pressure of the trowel must be maintained until the mortar has set.
Creating Moulds
Mix 2 RT weberrep 760 with 1 RT water to produce a thin-flowing moulding compound.
Repair of Concrete and Precast Concrete Elements
Mix 2 to 3 RT weberrep 760 with 1 to 3 RT sharp sand and water to form a plastic mortar. Finally, apply the repair mortar.
Application of cement plasters on moist, non-absorbent substrates
Add approximately 15 to 20 wt% of weberrep 760 to the fully mixed plaster mortar. This ensures immediate stability and increased water impermeability.
Consumption / Yield
Depending on application: 0.8 to 1.8 kg/dm
